Retirees, Rehoming and Stud Dogs

Retired females are spayed and placed in loving homes between the ages of 3 and 5 year old. These girls are well trained and socialized. Older puppies that are not turning out as show dogs are sometimes available. Occasionally an owner’s circumstances change and a dog is returned for rehoming. Email me to request an application. Intact Stud Dogs are the future, but often breeders must wait years to use them at stud. These young males are between 1 and 2 years of age, trained and socialized and need to be made available on occasional weekends for shows or breeding. Stud owners must live within the PNW - between Portland and north of Seattle. The dog is placed at a significant discount to compensate the owner for the effort of keeping an intact male. Sometimes dogs do not work out with their original owners and are returned for rehoming. Amos and Fritz found success in their second homes when they proved to be too much for their original owners to handle. Not every home is able to handle a German Pinscher and occasionally dogs need to find a home more suited to their needs.
CH Bryan, our import from the Netherlands, lives in a local home stud dog home.
Amos came back at one year of age and was rehomed with Terry. These boys are best buddies!
Indy didn’t make it as a show dog and Rain is a retired show dog. They live together in Boston.
Fritz was initially in a home with kids and he proved to be too much, so he was rehomed to an adults only home and is thriving.
